So yet again I’ve had this written out since the 1st & I’m just going through last month’s photos now to put them in the post. I don’t know why I wait so long. It’s my favorite part! She sure is getting so big. She’s already changed so much since these photos were taken.. maybe I’ll get her 8 month update done in time so you won’t have to wait so long… maybe… ;)

Watch Me Grow: 

Milestones: Eloise has another tooth! Shortly after her first one popped up, the second came in right next to it. I just love her new toothy smile :D

She’s been sitting like a pro for awhile now. She also has been getting up on her knees & rocking. Usually she ends up moving backwards but I think crawling could be coming sooner rather than later. Then I’ll really be in trouble!

Sleep: Still doing great at night & taking two naps a day. Sometimes her morning nap is when I’m babywearing out & about. I love it so much. Celia used to get tons of naps on my chest (first child luxuries). So whenever Ellie gets to- it just warms me up. Why do they only stay little for such a short amount of time? The baby snuggles go by far too quickly.

Best Moment: Just watching her try to interact more & more with Celia. If big sister is playing nearby, Ellie tries to turn & scoot towards her. She loves it when Celia reads to her or talks to her. She always makes sounds right back. If I’m trying to feed her & she hears Celia’s voice. Forget it. All focus is turned towards big sis. I’ve said it before but she just adores her so much (& vice versa). It makes me so happy I could just burst every time I see the two of them loving on each other.

Eating: She’s a great little eater. If you are eating something- she’s eating something. She doesn’t like to miss out on the fun! She especially loves when we give her things she can feed herself.  By now she’s tried pretty much all fruit & veggies. We’ve also started introducing water in a sippy cup which she loves.

Health: Unfortunately we were all hit with the stomach bug last week. Eloise didn’t get it nearly as bad as big sister but she did have quite a few diaper blowouts. My poor babies. Nothing worse than seeing your little ones hurting :/

Things I Want To Remember: I want to remember the things she does when she is extremely happy. She’ll twirl her little wrists excitedly & then she’ll scrunch her whole body inward with the biggest smile on her face. Wrinkled nose & all. It’s pretty much the cutest thing ever. Oh & the giggles. Can’t forget those giggles. No one can make her laugh quite like her big sis.
